I. Apparel​

Shipping time: 2-5 business days domestic shipping Switzerland & Europe. Up to 14 business days for international.

Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately.

We usually dispatch on working days on the same day, or the next day at the latest.

You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

Shipping information cannot be changed once the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before placing your order.

Shipping time may be extended during holidays or promotional events.

Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Delivery time may be extended due to incomplete information in your order like your shipping address.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
