I. Subscription

As a consumer you have the legal right to cancel the Subscription contract for any reason and receive a refund.

​

The period begins once we have sent you your Subscription Confirmation and ends when you access (e.g. download or stream) the Content, or 14 calendar days after the date of Our Subscription Confirmation.

After the cooling-off period, you may cancel your subscription at any time, however subject to 7 days’ notice before the automatic renewal of your contract takes place. In order to cancel your subscription send us an email to info@cross-boxing.ch

II. Apparel

​

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received our delivery.
 

All products must be returned in original packaging.

 

Crossboxing.ch reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A refund of the shipping cost or return shipping fee to deliver your package will not be refunded.

​

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse. The refund will be process upon 5-7 working days. Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 14 days of the order being delivered.

Crossboxing.ch is not responsible for lost or missing packages.

​

Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through www.cross-boxing.ch will be not accepted. Please contact the third party you purchased through.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by sending an unambiguous declaration by email to info@cross-boxing.ch

To make it as easy as possible for both parties, it is always an advantage to give us as much information as possible.
