MARTIAL ARTS & CROSSTRAINING
She has being practicing Martial arts for more than 22 years.
Miriam discovered martial arts at the age of 8 and since then she has been a passionate of different Martial Arts styles like Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Taekwondo, Kickboxing & Thaiboxing.
She is a National Thaiboxing Champ.
She decided to include Crosstraining exercises as a complement of her Martial Arts daily training and very fast discovered the huge benefits of combining both trainings in a sole program.
And thus, Crossboxing was born!
Since then, we have been constantly working on programming the best workouts to make you a better athlete and fighter.
