Our programming makes it easier for you to offer effective trainings, drills and workouts to your members.

As an affiliate you will get a daily Thaiboxing / Kickboxing and Crossboxing training.

  • Are the programs available world wide?
    Yes. The programs are available in all countries. You will make your payment in your local currency.
  • Can I train at home?
    Yes. You can train at home with our online trainings and personal trainings. In-Gym training? That's also possible.
  • What equipment do I need to train from home?
    You need an electronic device (computer, tablet, laptop or mobile) with an internet connection and the Zoom app downloaded to your device. The material you would need would depend on the training / workout you select. If you book a personal training, the Coach will inform you about the material you would need at the first Personal Training Kick-off session.
  • How do I receive the trainings?
    Trainings are available through the Crossboxing website on your account member section once you have purchased a Membership. Your trainings are also available through our mobile app once you have purchased a Membership. Choose your membership, make the payment and you will immediately get your trainings. For AI Trainings (following the training with a video including a Coach showing the exercises) you will get a link by email to access your trainings. If you book a Personal Training, the Coach will personalize your training and show you the exercises via live video conferencing in real-time.
  • Is this good for a beginner?
    Yes. Our workouts and martial arts techniques are classified by levels. Select the Beginner level trainings to get started and progressively upgrade your level. You will find beginner technique tutorials to help you get started in martial arts. Our workouts & martial arts trainings are made for beginner, intermediate & advance level.
  • Is this good for elite athletes and pro fighters?
    Yes. Our programs are designed to maximize your performance. The workouts and martial arts trainings are classified by levels: beginner, intermediate and advance. Choose the advance level to upgrade your game.
  • How does a workout/training look like?
    All trainings & workouts include video demonstrations. (for afiliates: there might be some trainings only including text description) Crossboxing Workout: Warm-up: The warm-up includes exercises that target the specific muscles and joints and prepares them for an intense workout. Technique or Cardio Conditioning: In this section we include technique, skill or cardio conditioning exercises. Workout: High intensity group of exercises designed to improve and boost your overall fitness physical condition. Strength section: This section will be added in the Crossboxing workout only if the "Technique or Cardio Conditioning" section is missing. The strength section focuses on strength exercises using weights to buil up muscle. This is how a Crossboxing Workout weekly programming can look like (exercises are provided once you place the order): Crosstraining Workout: Warm-up: The warm-up includes exercises that target the specific muscles and joints and prepares them for an intense workout. Technique or skill: In this section we include technique or skill exercises. Workout: High intensity group of exercises designed to improve and boost your overall fitness physical condition. Strength section: This section will be added in the Crosstraining workout only if the "Technique or Cardio Conditioning" section is missing. Stretching & Mobility: Stretching and mobility exercises. Technique, skill or drills: In this section we include martial arts didactical techniques, skill and/or drill exercises. Partner Drill Combinations: Partner drills using combinations to prepare our body for the main training & to simulate a sparring/fighting. Pads or Boxing Bag Work: High intensity combinations used to emphasize boxer' skills and conditioning. Sparring: A simulation of a fight using low - middle intensity. Conditioning: This section might appear in some of the trainings to add an extra conditioning to the training. Stretching & Mobility: Stretching and mobility exercises. This is how a Martial Arts weekly programming can look like (exercises are provided once you place the order):
  • Which Martial Arts styles do you use in your trainings?
    We use Boxing, Kickboxing, Thaiboxing and MMA techniques in our trainings.
  • Is an affiliate a gym owner?
    Yes! If you are a gym and you are officially a Crossboxing licensed center, you become a Crossboxing affiliate.
